Pilates matwork is a series of movements done on a mat, often incorporating a range of small equipment such as balls, circles, bands and weights to compliment your workout.
Matwork classes focus on a wide range of exercises to strengthen your core connection, tone your muscles and improve both your balance and your posture. The exercises are progressive, with the emphasis on technique and individual progress.

Pilates for Equestrians offers Pilates classes aimed at horse riders and owners. In our Pilates for Equestrians mat classes we teach a range of exercises adapted to be functional to riders, improving balance and stability in the saddle, strengthening the core and targeting the specific muscle groups you use when riding. We aim to help you become functionally stronger, more relaxed and confident both on and around your horse.
HIP Pilates classes are flowing classes focused on balance, coordination and postural awareness in movement. Each HIPP class includes weight bearing and bone loading sequences, using light weights or body weight under supervision and with correction. Great for everyone looking for that little bit more from their Pilates workout and especially good for bone health.
